What we publish

Practical guides, in plain English, about a panel a lot of Indian players use and very few pages explain honestly. How an ID is actually created. What the login screen does and does not ask for. How long a withdrawal really takes on a Saturday night rather than in a marketing claim. Which markets exist, how they settle, and which of them cost beginners money.

We try to write the page we would have wanted when starting out: the real process, the real timings, and the parts that go wrong — rather than a list of features with an exclamation mark after each one. Everything here is written against the Play99Exch panel as it actually behaves, not against a press release. When a Play99Exch timing or a Play99Exch screen changes, this page changes with it.

What we are not

• We are not Play99Exch. We do not run the panel or set its odds.
• We are not an agent. We do not issue IDs, take deposits or process withdrawals.
• We sell nothing to readers. There is no subscription and no paid tier.
• We are not a licensing body and cannot resolve a dispute between you and an agent.

Every button on this site routes to the Play99Exch access desk. That is the extent of our involvement in what happens next.

How we check things

Timings, minimums and process steps here come from the way the panel and its agent desks actually behave, and we revise them when they change. Where a number varies between agents — deposit minimums do, withdrawal minimums do — we say so rather than printing one figure as though it were universal.

Where we are uncertain, we write that we are uncertain. Where something depends on your agent rather than the panel, we say that too. It makes for less confident prose and considerably more useful pages.

Our position on the risk

Betting loses money for most people who do it. An agent-issued panel has no regulator behind it, which means no ombudsman and no complaints process if something goes wrong. Both of those are true and we say them on the money pages as well as here, because a site that lists only the upside is not informing anybody.

If you use the Play99Exch panel, use money you have already decided you can lose, keep a record of every transfer, and stop when you said you would. That advice is unexciting and it is the most valuable thing on this site. That applies to Play99Exch exactly as it applies to any agent-issued panel, and we would rather say it on a Play99Exch page than bury it.

A detail that has changed, a timing that no longer matches, a step that is out of date — we want to hear about it, and the contact page has the routes. For account matters, deposits or withdrawals, your Play99Exch agent is the only person who can help, and we cannot act on your behalf with them.
